SERVICE FAQs

Every new Lexus comes with complimentary first and second scheduled maintenance services. These services are provided at 6 months/5,000 miles and 12 months/10,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Your Lexus vehicle should be serviced every 6 months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Most newer Lexus vehicles require Toyota Genuine Motor Oil SAE 0W-20.

Your Lexus brake pads should last between 30,000 to 70,000 miles, depending on driving style and conditions.

A Lexus battery normally lasts 3 to 5 years.

Lexus recommends rotating tires every 5,000 to 7,000 miles.

Depending on driving habits and road conditions, your Lexus tires will last about 3 years if you drive 12,000 to 15,000 miles per year.

You can determine if you need new tires by performing a few visual tests, penny tests, and feel tests that include: - Insert a penny into the grooves to check tread. If the tread has thinned to the level of the bars or if you cant see Abes head, it's time for a replacement. - Drive and see if your Lexus’ handling has lost any responsiveness. - Look for punctures or slashes on your tires. - Test your tires pressure for quick drops after filling them up.
